About
A rollout nobody in your practice has to think about.
QuietRollout exists because the tools already work. What's missing for a practice of three to twenty staff is the person who will sit down, configure the thing against your real data, teach four people to use it, and still be there in month six when a vendor update breaks a rule.
That role isn't new. Bookkeeping and accounting practices across the UK, Australia and New Zealand have been built on it for two decades — the certified advisor who sets up and runs the software, paid monthly. We're running that model against AI-native tools instead of cloud accounting ones.
Why the UK, Australia and New Zealand only
Three reasons, and none of them is that we ran out of map. Xero is the dominant ledger in all three markets, so one set of integrations covers nearly every practice we talk to — we're not rebuilding the work per client. Our team works from India, which puts us inside a full UK working day and an Australian morning, and the training step of this engagement is live sessions with your staff on your own files, not recordings. And these three markets have far fewer implementers already working them than the US does, which is the honest commercial reason.
If you're outside those three countries, we'll say no rather than take the work and do it badly at 3am.
How we work with vendors
We work inside vendors' own partner and certification programmes, and we favour tools whose vendors have committed to not competing with their partners for clients. It keeps the incentive simple: we're paid to make your tool work, not to move you onto a different one.
